👋 Hello everyone!
My name is Olena, I’m from the Khmelnytskyi region, and today I’d like to share my experience working with a company that quite literally helped save my home.
I purchased this single-story brick house back in 2007. In 2010, I completed a reconstruction — added a second floor and moved here permanently. It became my cozy place of comfort: beautiful surroundings, great neighbors, a nearby forest, and fresh air. But, as often happens, there were some issues. The house is located in a valley, and groundwater lies very close to the surface.
📌 In 2021, I first noticed cracks in the walls.
At first, we simply monitored them and installed plaster beacons. But over time, by the summer of 2024, it became clear that the cracks were not just remaining — they were growing. The house was gradually moving into an “emergency condition,” and I realized I could no longer wait.🌍 I ordered a geological survey.
The results showed that although the foundation depth was standard (90–105 cm), the soil beneath it was weak. Moreover, it turned out that under one of the column foundations… there was almost nothing — only about 20 cm!🛠 I contacted local builders, and honestly, their proposals were quite alarming.
All options involved heavy machinery, destruction of drainage systems and the blind area around the house, full excavation of the foundation, concrete pouring, and installation of metal structures inside the kitchen and corridor. This meant high costs, a lot of noise and dust, and, of course, major repairs afterward.I couldn’t accept such large-scale work or the estimated cost, so I started looking for a less invasive but still effective solution. That’s when I came across a company specializing in foundation strengthening using injection technology. It seemed exactly like what I needed.
🔧 On December 14, the team arrived and immediately got to work.
From the very first minute, I appreciated their approach — they explained every step, coordinated all details, and scheduled the work at a time convenient for me.In just five days, the team drilled 54 boreholes around the perimeter of the house and along the internal load-bearing walls. They injected 6 tons of a special cement-based solution under pressure, which filled voids in the soil and strengthened the foundation.
❄ The weather, to be honest, was terrible — frost, snow, wind, and even rain!
But this didn’t affect their work at all. The team worked continuously, even during power outages — they had their own generator.What impressed me the most:
💡 First — attention to detail.
They worked very carefully, without damaging the tiles inside the house. They drilled small holes (only 4.5 cm in diameter) and then neatly sealed them.🧹 Second — cleanliness.
After each stage, they cleaned everything, and it honestly felt like no work had even been done in my yard.📡 Third — organization.
They even used walkie-talkies for communication during the injection process.😲 And here’s what surprised me the most:
After finishing the work, they packed all the equipment into their van and then… washed the yard. Seriously, it was very pleasant and completely unexpected.🔨 After completion, all holes were neatly sealed with cement, and the interior tiles were restored to their original position.
✨ The crack in the floor that separated the kitchen from the corridor actually reduced by half during the injection process — it was visible immediately.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the result and sincerely recommend this company. They are professional, responsible, punctual, and very attentive to every detail.

Void filling beneath the house foundation
Hello! I have a private house. After seven years of living in it, the floor subsided in several areas by up to 3 cm. The floor is tiled, with underfloor heating beneath the tiles.
All work was completed in just one day. The underfloor heating system was not damaged. Only 6 tiles were affected — I had spare ones, and the team replaced them. The floor was lifted to the required level together with the furniture.
After completing the work, everything was cleaned — swept and left tidy. I only needed to seal the joints between the tiles afterward.
The final cost was recalculated after completion and turned out to be lower than the initial estimate.
It has been more than three years since the work was done — the floor has not subsided again, and no water enters the basement after heavy rains or due to groundwater.
I am very satisfied with the team’s work. Many thanks to the entire company under the leadership of director Denys. I highly recommend this company.

Floor lifting and stabilization
I would like to thank the entire team, and especially the company director Denys, for the well-executed work — fast, high-quality, and on schedule.
During the construction of the house, the floor pouring technology was violated, which led to gradual settlement of both the floor and walls, and cracks appeared in the internal partitions. Traditional methods of solving this problem would have been significantly more expensive in terms of both cost and time, as well as the complexity of execution.
After learning about the injection method online, I contacted the company for a consultation and was pleasantly surprised by the information provided and their client-oriented approach. After all agreements were finalized, we signed a contract for the work.
I was especially impressed with the work process itself. All walls and floors were covered with protective film, dust generated during drilling was immediately removed, and the floor tiles in the drilling areas were replaced (I had spare tiles left from construction).
Overall, I am very satisfied with the result and would recommend this company to anyone facing similar post-construction issues.

I highly recommend this company to everyone! It turns out that a modern approach in all aspects of work and breakthrough engineering solutions exist not only somewhere in the West, but also here in Ukraine.
The work was completed strictly on schedule — fast, high-quality, and professionally. Before the team arrived, the company’s leading specialists visited the site, carried out a thorough assessment of the building’s condition, and developed a solution concept, which was later reflected in detailed technical documentation. A contract was signed, and the full cost of the work was agreed in advance.
We were very impressed with the team — they worked intensively and in a well-coordinated manner. Not once did they disturb us when encountering additional nuances or challenges on site — all issues were resolved independently and in coordination with management.
We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service and extremely high professionalism. Special attention should be given to the unique foundation strengthening method itself — it is significantly more cost-effective (at least three times cheaper) and more efficient than traditional excavation methods, which involve digging under the foundation, dirt, stress, and risks to the structure.
In just 7 days, more than 13 tons of material were injected beneath the foundation of our relatively small private house. All traces of the work were carefully eliminated: paving stones were reinstalled, and drilling points were neatly sealed — visually, everything is perfect.
And in practical terms, we immediately felt the positive results — doors now close easily, the misalignment of the garage gate has completely disappeared, and various noises in the house (apparently caused by settlement) have stopped. It may sound unbelievable, but it’s true.
The root cause of our problem was a long-term underground water leak that washed out the soil beneath the house. This injection method not only restores and strengthens the foundation but also provides a strong waterproofing effect.
I am truly glad that Ukraine has such highly specialized professionals who have developed and implemented a unique method for saving structures. Similar technologies exist in the EU, but their cost is significantly higher, and the Ukrainian solution is even more robust.

For 7 years, I was concerned about the soil on which my house was built. Over the past five years, I constantly had to repair one room after another — the floors kept subsiding. The living room area is 34 m², and the fireplace added significant load. The floor settlement reached 2–2.5 cm.
